Dominic and Sarah-Louise's Wedding at Sand Martins Golf Club

I had the pleasure of covering Dominic and Sarah-Louise's wedding starting at Our Lady & St Dominic's Catholic Church and, after the ceremony moving on to the Sand Martins Golf Club, Finchampstead Rd, Wokingham. The couple booked my wedding photography services for a total of four hours, and, surprisingly, you can get covered in a short amount of time but not rushed.

My style is to cover your wedding in a documentary way blending in as one of your guests and not taking over your day or staging shots. Think of it as a fly-on-the-wall approach capturing the emotion of the bride and groom and your guest. I love this approach to creating a story about your wedding day.

We captured the confetti shot from the ceremony leading to the main group shot. After this, the couple and immediate family returned to the church for the smaller group photos. The church was light and bright, so a dream to cover the pictures. After we captured all the family photos in one location, everyone headed to the golf club for the wedding reception, where I would cover the bride and groom's portraits.

The Sand Martins Golf Club is a delight to work at, and the staff are so helpful. The couple arrived to a welcoming sound of clapping and cheering. With all the portraits covered and the important speeches captured, it was time for me to say goodbye as the couple tucked into their mains.
