Robert Pugh’s Photography Career
I took time learning not only how to use my camera but how, I personally, wanted to use my camera. I spent time carving out my own style, finding out what worked and what didn’t. Over the course of my career, I’ve travelled around the world and taken part in some of the most exciting moments of my life; and it’s all thanks to photography.
As a seasoned photographer, I’ve begun discussing my career and my style of photography at camera club talks and photography events all around the UK and now I want to focus my attention on one of my most treasured locations in the UK, Berkshire. Whether you’re looking for camera club talkers to discuss their trade itself or their experience from different events throughout their career, I’m pleased to say I’m now taking bookings.
Learning Photography
As a photographer since 2010, it’s safe to say I’ve learnt a thing or two over the years. My wedding photography has carved itself a unique documentary and photojournalism style that I’ve become known for up and down the UK but it wasn’t always that way. I too was a beginner, just like everyone else.

As any budding photographer knows, inspiration can stem from anywhere however, having a seasoned photographer share their photography story offers serious food for thought. As a young photographer myself, I spent time listening to those with more experience, share their stories and show me how they created their careers, and now I want to do the same. I want to share my experiences, from the good to the bad, showing young photographers how my journey began.
Talking is what I do best
Whether you’re looking for photography guest speakers or even educational photography speakers, my talks and demonstrations are suited for everyone. I’ve completed talks and demonstrations at a number of shows and events worldwide, from Adorama in New York to the London Camera Exchange. I’ve also spoken at Camera World, Jessops, The Photography Show, Photokina, TetherTools, SONY UK, Olympus UK and many more alike.
