Hello! I’m Robert Pugh, an award winning wedding photographer with a passion for capturing beautiful moments. I’m a family man, pet lover, father, and explorer. I love traveling with my partner, Lisa, spending time with my son, Jonathan, and taking long walks with Lilly, my Jack Russell and best friend. Originally from Manchester, I moved to Bolton, then to Hexham in Northumberland.
After joining the armed forces, I had the opportunity to live in places like Gibraltar, Spain, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, and Africa, as well as exploring Europe. After settling in Slough, I moved to Reading, Berkshire in 2010, a perfect location for major transport routes, making me available for destination weddings worldwide.
As an award-winning wedding photographer, I am driven by my creative spirit and passion for connecting with people to capture unforgettable moments on your special day.

Our Story
You're probably wondering what this page is about If you've cast your eyes over my about me page, then you already know a lot about me. But that's me as a business overview and a sneak peek at my background.
It's time to find out about myself as a person and why I started this business. So let us go back to what I love about photography and what I like to do.
Growing up I was always messing around with my dad's old cameras in the loft. What I didn't realise back then is how essential cameras would be in my life.
As an adult taking pictures was an escape from this crazy world we live in and the opportunity to travel and explore new locations.
After spending years travelling the globe, meeting new friends and exploring work prospects, I soon realised a desk job was not right for me.
I started OneMo Photography way back in 2009, my money was low, and I had three months to make it work for me. If I failed and I'm a big believer in failure I would have to resort to a desk job. With determination, I purchased my first new camera and started to earn money for this fantastic black box.
Time worked well for me as I started to see my business grow, and with that making new friends in the photography industry. Before long I was taking destination jobs on and visiting New York, Yes New York. It was at that point I knew what I wanted to do.
I was an international photographer not to be mistaken for a foreign man of mystery after New York came to Hong Kong and finally Las Vegas.
I'm so happy to travel the world making memories for all the wedding, and event customers I work with not to mention myself.
OneMo Photography is a family run business with heart and soul. Although we need money to run the business, we put customers and opportunities first by booking with us you're supporting my love of travel, exploring and my love of memory-making.

Robert Pugh Camera Bag
What's in Robert Pugh Camera Bag Kit. Insight into the equipment I use to take photos, and although I rarely use it all at once, it’s almost always in my camera bag at some point in a working week. I like to pack light!
But first, it’s essential to understand the kinds of photos I take and what effect that has on what I carry on the day of the shoot or workshop I’m running.

Just like my photography, my camera kit is constantly evolving. I remember reading that Eric Kim, the street photographer, doesn’t even own a tripod. While that suits him just fine, it works for me.
You could break down the kinds of photos I take into two sections: people and places. Whether I’m taking pictures of a model, or a man on the street, I spend a lot of time photographing people. And I spend an equally long time taking pictures of places, whether it’s an old building or a landscape.
So if you have a look at the list above, bear this in mind because everyone’s bag will be different. Please note, I don’t carry everything with me at once! I leave my telephoto lens, backup camera, etc., at home if I’m taking photos for fun or shooting street photography.
The Bag: The bag I use is a ThinkTank Airport Essentials (see above). It’s a fantastic bag, but I won’t bore you with the details, as you can read my review of it here.
